it is pretty small, there is not that much seating in here. However there are a nice selection of items. The seats are near the bathroom. One worker was present during rush hour. However, will go again. Too yummy not to

I was waiting here to get a drink in a rush. The girl who works here spent at least ten minutes on an issue with the first customers, 5 mins with another two customers who come after me. Then she told me they don't have the drink I need. So I had to leave with nothing but disappointing.
Well, apparently it is a problem of inefficiency of a new waitress but not the drink itself. However it still made make me uncomfortable as a long term customer. Hope your service could be improved. -

Love it! Everyone please try my combination: crema oolong and aloe Vera, with 0 sugar and less ice.
I've been craving crema (the North American version of Milk foam/ cream cheese topped tea) and couldn't find a place that sells good tea. I've known ShareTea since when I was in Vietnam but there were better options in Vietnam so I didn't have this tea there. But here we don't have many options so this is good enough for me - I'm happy.
The crema tasted a bit salty and creamy and a tad cheesy. Aloe Vera itself is already sweet so 0 sugar works out perfectly - still relatively healthy yet not bland but just the right amount of sweetness. Oolong is just oolong - light and refreshing, and is just my excuse for me to get crema and the bubbles (this time the bubble is aloe Vera). Now I've found my bubble tea place I can go buy the reusable straws and cups to start become a regular here (I was hesitant to buy those at Chatime since it didn't taste good and I thought I wouldn't have bubble tea often). I wish ShareTea would be more environmentally friendly: they didn't need the plastic wrap outside the straws, or they could just not put the lids on so I could enjoy the tea without having to break the lids, or they could start selling steel straws for example. But oh well, I'll work on myself first and buy my set so I could be a regular here without feeling guilty!
About the picture: Sorry it didn't look accurate I should have taken the picture before I dug in. The crema is a layer that lays on top and then tea and then the bubbles. I finished 3/4 of it before remembering to take pictures). -

I tried their new Toffee milk tea with pearls. It was ok, nothing to rave about. But I am considering going back to try something else since I am told it is the most authentic bubble tea in Ottawa.

4 stars out of 5 for:
- It's my 1st time here.
- had just plain black tea w pearls (or tapioca sweet balls) & it came up to $5.09 w tax - which seems pricey so consider this a treat & not your everyday iced tea
- but the drink is tasty
- friendly staff
- the place is small so you can really see the clutter of supply boxes; the grimy walls & the floors that can need a sweep
- you can choose how much sugar & ice in your drink (for those who want is cutting on sugar)
- this places seems authentic - it has locations all over the world & transplant Asians to Ottawa seem to find this place even though it is not very visible from the road & it is again, small so you might just pass by it
- still worth a try!
